In addition to her litigation practice she also advises clients with transactional matters and represents them in mediations and arbitrations, as creditors in bankruptcy, before professional licensing boards, and government zoning authorities and planning boards. She represents both individuals and corporate clients, and her goal with corporate clients is to provide counsel with regards to all aspects of their businesses, including contract reviews, corporate compliance, and employment issues.
