Recently the Triangle Business Journal announced the winners of the Best Places to Work award for 2021. Anderson Jones, PLLC is proud to be selected once again in the Small Business Division which is based on employee surveys and feedback. Out of 10 small businesses selected our firm placed 4th! We value our team members and believe happy, well-supported employees lead to better results and relationships in the office and our communities. This year we added Summer Fridays to give our employees the option of a half-day off to choose how they spend it on Fridays from Memorial Day to Labor Day which received great feedback! As we have returned to the office, we have made sure to take every precaution to safely welcome everyone back. We will continue to offer benefits and events that everyone can participate in whether in-person or remotely and whatever their comfort level. In order to continue our successful workplace we will continue to gather feedback from employees and always seek ways to improve for our families, clients and communities for 2021 and beyond.
