Last month Anderson Jones Attorney, Lindsey Powell, presented at the Carolinas Chapter of the International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI) Fall Conference in Greenville, SC. Lindsey spoke to the ICRI members about a legal update concerning SC and NC lien law and updates particularly regarding the new requirements for cancellation and renewal of Notices to Lien Agent in NC.
The ICRI Carolina Chapter serves the concrete industry in North and South Carolina and is dedicated to improving the quality of concrete restoration, repair and protection, through education of, and communication among, the members and those who use their services. This group consists of manufacturers, distributors, contractors, architects and engineers.
