Have you recently recovered from COVID-19, and would like to help the fight against this virus? The U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) is encouraging people who have fully recovered from Coronavirus to donate plasma for development of blood-related therapies. It is thought that someone that has fought the infection has plasma that now contains COVID-19 antibodies. “These antibodies provided one way for your immune system to fight the virus when you were sick, so your plasma may be able to be used to help others fight off the disease,” according to the FDA.
